Template for convenience only — have a qualified attorney review before relying on it. Replace the bracketed placeholders with your legal business details.

1. Who we are

Real Ticket Stubs ("we", "us") is operated by [Legal Business Name], [jurisdiction]. You can reach us at [support@yourdomain.com].

2. What the service does

We let you turn a screenshot of an event ticket into a printable, keepsake "stub" design, and optionally order a physical printed or framed version mailed to you. The output is a personal memorabilia item. It is not a valid ticket, has no admission value, and cannot be used for entry to any event.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for ticket information you own or are authorized to use, and only for lawful, personal, non-commercial memorabilia purposes. You must not use the service to create counterfeit tickets, to defraud any person or venue, to resell items as genuine tickets, or to infringe the intellectual property or rights of Ticketmaster, Live Nation, any venue, artist, or other third party.

4. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or any venue or event organizer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. Uploaded images are used transiently for text extraction and rendering and are not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee extraction accuracy; you are responsible for reviewing and correcting details before printing or ordering.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
