Free "print at home"
The print-at-home option is free, so no payment and no refund is involved.
Printed & framed stubs (made to order)
Each physical stub is custom-printed from the details you provide, so we generally cannot accept returns once production has started. However:
- Cancellations: You may request a full refund within 1 hour of ordering, as long as we have not yet started printing. Email us as soon as possible.
- Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it at no cost.
- Wrong details: Because you review and confirm all details before ordering, we cannot refund items printed with details you entered incorrectly. We may offer a discounted reprint as a courtesy.
- Non-delivery: If a confirmed shipment is not delivered, contact us and we'll investigate and reship or refund.
How to request a refund
Email [support@yourdomain.com] with your confirmation number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we're happy to resolve issues directly and quickly.
